Antique walnut Rifle and Fowl shield plaque

A lovely little antique walnut plaque, hand carved in the shape of a shield with a relief design, showing a bird with outstretched wings atop a rifle.

Approx 2.1cm deep
Condition:
Light age related wear and marks, but no damage otherwise and freshly cleaned and waxed. The hanging wire is attached by two drawing pins on the reverse, which could easily be removed and replaced but does the job as it is.
