Victorian white ironstone Cold Cream chemist pot - Gothic

A small antique white ironstone chemist pot lid and base, decorated with a beautiful black under glaze transfer for Cold Cream.
A particularly intricate and decorative transfer, the gothic typeface is infilled with scrolls, which is all surrounded by a border of rounded panels featuring floral motifs and fanned shells, enclosed in dotted pinstripe borders on a cross shaded ground.

Condition:
There are a couple of small scrapes on the rim and the flange, along with one underneath, but otherwise it is in nice condition with no cracks or significant wear.
The Maw base has some glaze crazing and wear, particularly around the rim, but no damage.
