Antique ironstone potted meat pot - LARGE VERSION Plumtree, Southport

A rare XL Plumtree potted meat pot. Made of white ironstone pottery with a slightly tapering edge and flared rim, this oversized round example is the largest potted meat pot to bear the oval black transfer for G.W. Plumtree of Southport.

4.6cm tall
Condition:
There is a fine, stable hairline in the body on the back side, along with a shallow scrape along the rim approx 4cm in length.
Otherwise there is some very light wear and firing marks but no further damage and it is quite clean.
