Small Victorian Otto of Rose Cold Cream pot lid and base

A small Victorian white ironstone pot lid, decorated with a beautiful black under glaze transfer for Otto of Rose Cold Cream, which shows a pictorial of flowers in a vase, surrounded by geometric and floral borders.
The underside of the lid bears a black transfer kite registration mark, dating to 11th May, 1876.

Condition:
There is a small chip on the flange of the lid, otherwise it is in lovely clean condition with minor wear and crazing commensurate with age.
The matched Maw base fits well with the lid and has some glaze faults, marks and wear, but no chips or cracks.
