Large antique ironstone potato ricer press

A rare large antique Kartofflepresse - otherwise known as a potato ricer or masher press, with a chunky pierced ironstone bowl and tamper mounted to a cast iron metalwork handle. An unusual large piece of antique kitchenalia in superb condition, there are remnants of the original label on the handle spacer - ‘D.R.G.M. Aust. Pat.’.

Condition:
There are a couple of tiny nibbles to the inside of the draining holes, along with a couple of surface imperfections beneath. There is also some rusty tarnish and wear to the metal work. Otherwise in lovely condition with no damage.
