Antique French Pot á Bouillon with pewter lid - A.P. Paris

An antique French ironstone Pot á Bouillon, or beef broth pot, modelled with a bulbous body that tapers to a screw threaded neck. Complete with the original pewter swing handle lid, which is impressed with the maker’s trade name and their medal winning accolade for the patent at the 1900 Paris World Exposition.
