Antique Carbolic Tooth Paste pot - Newcastle Co-Op Wholesale Society

A Victorian white ironstone advertising pot lid for Carbolic Toothpaste, from the Co-Op wholesale society, Newcastle on Tyne. An attractive lid that utilises a variety of stylised typography, along with the pictorial wheatsheaf trade mark and pinstripe details. Matched with an original white ironstone base for display.

Condition:
The lid has some very light wear and stain marks but no damage. The base has some chips around the inner rim and shoulder, but these do not overly detract when lidded.
