Antique H.P. Truefitt ironstone ointment pot

A rare antique white ironstone lidded perfumers pot, decorated with bold dimensional typography for H.P Truefitt Limited,  Burlington Arcade & Aldershot.
 
Established in 1805, Truefitt is considered the oldest barbershop in the world, and is certified as such by the Guinness book of records. Examples of their pots were also among items recovered from the titanic.
Dimensions:
Lid and pot foot diameter 7.7cm
7.4cm body diameter 
7cm tall
Condition:
The lid has some stain marks but is otherwise good.
The pot has a chip on the rim, along with 3 small scrapes on the shoulder, although these do not overly detract or show when lidded. Otherwise the pot has some staining and crazing commensurate with age and use.
