Antique 'Stotherts Head & Stomach Pills' enamel sign
An early 20thC double sided enamel sign advertising 'Head & stomach pills from Stotherts Ltd. Mfg. (manufacturing) Chemists, Atherton'.
A very punchy and decorative chemist sign circa 1910, it is in superb original condition with thick, glossy enamel and bold black typography on a yellow ground. The original wall mounting flange is fully intact.

Some chipping and nibbling around the edges, the surface of the flange side is very clean with some scraping over the 'H', the other has a couple of small chips over the 'S' & the 'E'. Otherwise very good original condition with no restoration or repairs.
