Antique ironstone PURE BUTTER slab - Parnall
A superb circular antique grocers slab. Made of heavy white ironstone pottery, the front edge is decorated with bold 'Pure Butter' typography in black under-glaze transfer.
Produced by Wedgwood (with their makers stamp on the underside), the top surface of the slab is decorated with the early Justitia 'Narrow Wine St.' advertising roundel of the retailer - Parnall & Sons Ltd. Bristol.

There is one small chip that has been professionally restored, but otherwise the slab is very clean.
International customers and combined shipping
International buyers (outside of the UK) - When you add an item to your cart you can select a shipping destination and the postage will be calculated.
